Shipping & Returns
Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are typically prepared the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, are prepared on the next business day.
Packaging
Materials are packed cold where required, cushioned against transit shock, and shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product information appears on the exterior.
Tracking
Every shipment is dispatched with tracking. A tracking reference is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Delivery estimates
Domestic shipments generally arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. International transit times vary by destination and customs handling; exact rates and windows are shown at checkout once the hosted checkout is connected.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund.
Returns
Because these are laboratory research materials, unopened items in original, unaltered packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior written authorisation. Opened vials, temperature-sensitive items and consumables cannot be returned once seals are broken.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
